Bill’s Bar & Burger of New York opened on Kemah Boardwalk in late spring of 2019. This new restaurant marks the seventh location to open nationwide, joining sister properties in New York, Pittsburgh, Lake Charles, Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlantic City.
Bill’s Bar & Burger is known for delivering a welcoming, low-key environment for guests to enjoy good company, great food and an extensive list of local and craft beer. The popular restaurant first opened its doors in 2009 at Rockefeller Center in New York City – the largest standalone burger joint in the country. Now operating seven locations around the country, Bill’s continues to impress patrons with its premium craft burger list that includes its signature Bill’s ‘Fat Cat’ Burger that was listed as one of CNN’s “Top 10 Burgers in America” and continues to be ranked among New York sources like The Daily Meal and Thrillist.
The Kemah location offers signature favorites like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich featuring Applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and ranch and The Ultimate Cheeseburger signature triple decker burger, Vermont cheddar, provolone, American cheese, special sauce, lettuce, tomato and pickles. The Bill’s burger evolved from countless tastings, recipes and lots of burger love. Every burger, fry and shake are made fresh daily.
Guests can top off the meal with hand-crafted milkshakes, enjoying classic flavors like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. The restaurant also offers innovative recipes, such as the Campfire with house made toasted marshmallow and vanilla ice cream; 4th of July with red, white and blue vanilla ice cream, cotton candy, and sprinkles; and Bananas Foster with vanilla ice cream, caramelized bananas, caramel, and marshmallow cream among other flavors.
